  • Maintain and follow Health and Safety Regulations provide by Management team.
  • Promptly when order completed, retrieve order from BOH/Kitchen, confirm its exacted, lift and deliver to Clients along with proper tools and appropriate condiments/sauces.
  • Adheres all company established guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and safety regulations.
  • Efficiently communicates to Management leaders, and FOH team to address any needs and issues from clients.
  • Support and learn fellow co-workers by assisting them with retrieval of any supplies they may needs and requests from clients.
  • Perform with a sense of urgency to foresee clients needs and support FOH team members all times.
  • Greet the Clients in a genuine and professional demeanor.
  • Accurately, deliver food and beverage orders with appropriate walk pace.
  • Ability to stand/walk for a long time and efficiently clean up plates, tables, and necessities.

Busboys aim to support other team members by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. They also restock necessary items, such as napkins and straws, and may assist with washing dishes. Suitable candidates should be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to stand for a long time and efficiently clean up plates, tables, and necessities (Debris, ETC).
  • A team-oriented worker, and dedication to team work.
  • Maintains table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing plates, utensils, china, and glasswares as necessary.
  • Support and learn fellow co-workers by assisting them with retrieval of any supplies they may needs and requests from clients.
  • Properly sets-up sections and stations including: chairs, tables, and sanitaries to be ensure are cleaned and neat.
  • Maintain and follow Health and Safety Regulations provide by Management team.
  • Stocks side stations with appropriate materials.
  • Performs opening side work as described for specific sections
  • Attends and participates in daily pre-meal meetings.
  • Provides professional and exceptional guest service.
  • Deliver (as directed by server), fill, and refill water as needed.
  • Table maintenance and bussing of excess tableware.
  • Clears empty glasses, dirty plates, and used silverware.
  • Helps set table for next course (apps, entrees, desserts).
  • Clears and resets tables after guests have left.
  • Performs shift opening and closing side work as described.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs as necessity of caring inventories and equipments.
